My Kinda Skin

This bespoke facial includes a deep cleanse and exfoliation, a signature Temple Spa face and décolleté massage, and a specially prescribed mask and moisturiser. Your treatment is completed with a tension-relieving hand and arm massage or a relaxing scalp massage.

Our Top to Toe ritual targets all areas of the body with a heavenly 30-minute Drift Away Massage followed by a nourishing and revitalising 30-minute Power Breakfast Facial.

New Beginnings

Specially designed for expectant or new mums, this nourishing pre and postnatal full-body massage targets sore, tired and aching muscles, and will leave you feeling totally relaxed.

Invigorating Massage

This medium pressure massage combines a powerfully detoxing seaweed body oil with lemongrass, juniper and rose geranium. The treatment is designed to be both invigorating and relaxing, with a focus on relieving tension, eliminating toxins, and toning the entire body.

Regenerating Facial

This express facial uses favourites from ishga's organic seaweed product range to cleanse, tone and deliver a surge of moisture to the skin. Your experience begins with an exfoliating mask and is rounded off with a relaxing scalp massage.

Top to Toe

Specially designed to promote head-to-toe relaxation, our Top to Toe ritual begins with a tension-relieving 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage. Your experience is completed with a results-driven 30-minute facial.
