The Dining Room
Showcasing the very best of Durham dining, our menus use only the finest and freshest regional produce, carefully curated by Executive Chef Damian Broom. Each and every ingredient is grown and ethically sourced from hand-picked suppliers, from honey farms to local fishing boats supplying sustainable seafood.
Dinner is served in our Georgian Dining Room between 6.30pm and 8.45pm or casual dining in The Bar with our Bar menu.
Ozone Restaurant
Located within The Serenity Spa, Ozone is where you can sample warming curries, vibrant stir-fries, and tempting tapas selections infused with punchy Pan-Asian flavours. Stop by for a laid-back lunch or dinner, or dine in your robes and slippers after relaxing in the spa.
Open every day for lunch and dinner.
Please note only drinks and snacks are available from 3pm to 5pm.
Afternoon Tea and Light Bites at Seaham Hall
Some things in life were made to be savoured, and afternoon tea is definitely one of them. Take your pick from a bitesize selection of our chef's take on the best of British sweet and savoury treats, all accompanied with your choice of loose leaf tea, artisan coffee, or even a glass of fizz if you fancy.
We're now serving afternoon tea Thursday through to Sundays, between 1pm and 3pm £32 per person
Our Bar menu is available daily between 12noon and 9pm, served in The Bar.
