Cancellation Policy

Payment guarantee policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Payment for any room bookings will be taken 48 hours before arrival from the card details entered during the checkout process, payment for anything else will be taken at the point of booking.

If you wish to use a gift voucher as your payment, you will need to call our reservations team on 0191 516 1400 to make your booking. Please advise us of your voucher code in advance of your arrival. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. If possible, please hand the original voucher to our reception team on arrival.

We advise taking our travel insurance on your booking.

Flexible cancellation policy Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival. please note this excludes our Christmas and New Year breaks


Full payment will be taken at the time of your spa reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48hours will result in full loss of payment. Should you experience any symptoms of Covid 19 ahead of your arrival at the spa, you will be advised to reschedule your visit.

The age requirement is 16 years and over for access to Spa. Guests who are 16-17 years old should be accompanied by a person aged over 18 years.
