When booking for the nights of 24th and 25th December, full payment is required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable.

Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12noon 48hrs prior to arrival. If any amendments or cancellations are made within the 48hours prior to arrival, full charges will apply
