Your stay will include:

• A three course dinner served in The Dining Room under the Lord Byron portrait
• Breakfast the next morning – this can be served in The Dining Room or for total relaxation delivered to your suite so you can truly enjoy breakfast in bed

Make full use of our Serenity Spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival through to 12noon on your day of departure. We do advise having your swimwear in hand luggage if you expect to arrive before 3pm. On arrival our reception team will take of your luggage.

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon If a time is not specified for dinner during the booking process our team will allocate a time for you and send a confirmation. If you wish to amend times please do call as soon as possible and we can check availability. Please note there are some chargeable supplements, sides and sauces. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice

We encourage guests to pre-book treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Treatment availability can be checked direct on our website.

At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.

If booking online payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process. If calling to make your reservation, payment will be required on arrival. All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 per night pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending

Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12noon 48hrs prior to arrival. If any amendments or cancellations are made within the 48hours prior to arrival, full charges will apply
