Your stay will include:

• Breakfast – this can be served as room service or served in our lounge so your four-legged friend can join you
• Complimentary access to our Serenity Spa facilities from 12 noon on your day of arrival through to 12 noon on your day of departure including access to the Zen garden.
• Dog beds, bowls and treats are provided. Please read our Pet Policy ahead of your arrival

We do advise that dinner in either of our restaurants is booked in advance of your arrival. Please note that dogs are not allowed into either of our restaurants

If you wish to experience any of our treatments, we advise to book these as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Availability and reservations can be made via our website.

Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon

Our cancellation terms are by 12noon 48hours prior to your arrival

If booking online payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process. 

If calling to make your reservation, payment will be required on arrival.

All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.

Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 12noon 48hrs prior to arrival. If any amendments or cancellations are made within the 48hours prior to arrival, full charges will apply
